Camera System Operating Procedures at the Company PETRA ZAK s.r.o.

Manager: the Company PETRA ZAK s.r.o., located atPod Strání 2279, 594 01 Velké Meziříčí, IČO: 059 03 459, registered at the Business register at Reginal court Brno, register C 108651 (further only as „Manager“).

Processor: (Designated person by the Manager), A person which will have access to the Camera system based on a written agreement with the Manager at the Manager’s property will be:  Bohuslav Ludvík – PROLOG, located at Osové 31, 594 01 Velké Meziříčí, IČO: 60669217, DIČ: CZ6804281836.

Reason for processing personal data by camera system is for the protection of persons and the property of employees, visitors and members of the fitness club Beauty & Beast, located at an address: Pod Strání 2279, 594 01 Velké Meziříčí, and general protection of their property and health, protection against theft, misuse of property and so on, including identification of a potential perpetrator.

Legal basis for processing represents genuine interest of the Manager under article 6 paragraph letter f) GDPR.

Camera system consists of the following description and the number of cameras

Inner cameras cover space at the entrance door and further space at the entry turnstile at the reception and the space around the turnstile before entering wellness.  External cameras cover building parameter and the space at the entries into the property {only the real estate owned by Petra Zak s.r.o.}. Camera system is not operated in the areas such as toilets, locker rooms and so on which are designated for personal use of persons utilizing the facilities owned by the Company.  Exact location of the individual cameras is in appendix No. 1.

Locations where the Camera system is located are clearly marked by information placarts from which it is obvious that the given space is monitored by the camera system.

Recordings are maintained for a period of 3 days to enable a seach for events during a longer term absence of the damaged party and specially during vacation.  The Camera regime is continuous and it is activated by detection of movement.

All monitoring devices including recodings from the Camera system must be protected from an unauthorized access of persons without expressed permission and they must protect it from damage or destruction or misuse of the entire system or recordings.  Access to the recordings will be available only to the Managing Director of the Manager, alternatively a person designated by the responsible Managing Director.  

Subject data is informed about his or her rights in accordance with Article 13 GDPR and specifically the rights to access personal data, rights to correct inaccurate or incorrect data, eventually adding incomplete data, right to remove data in case the reason for processing personal data no longerr exists or if the personal data are processed illlegally, right to limit processing of personal data, the right to transfer data if the law to protest is applied against processing of personal data or right to register the protest at the appropriate oversight board which is the Office for protection of personal data with a seat at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz, in case of suspission of violation of his rights.

These conditions of operations of the Camera system are valid and in effect from 23.6.2020.
