In the area of 750 m2 you can find practically everything what every quality fitness center can offer. We have everything from the traditional equipment up to the latest trends in the world of fitness.

Fitness

Cardio zone (heart-fitness center) features Star Trac treadmills and Schwinn indoor cycling bikes. There is also available the iconic Stair Master HITT Mill X and rowing machines. All cardio machines are equipped with Open Hub display set for Apple Watch interconnection or a smart phone where exercise results can be recorded in your fitness application.

Strength building zone is equipped with American machines from Nautilus. This area is dominated by Weight Stack multi gym machines with 9 stations. There are also Nautilus Inspiration, Inpact and Leverage dual adjustable pulley machines.

Weight lifting section is again dominated by Nautilus systems with robust benches and stands. Weights are supplied by Life Maxx.

Function zone has Nautilus pulley systems and Life Maxx accessories.

 

Crossfit

110 m2 offers all that crossfit should have. Strength and conditioning training programs use constant changes and functional exercises performed with high intensity with a long term goal to overall fitness.
Crossfit area is also equipped with a top of the line Stair Master HIIT Mill – pushing and pulling weight machines, farmers walk sprints and other High Intensity exercises. Here you can also find the Master HIIT bike featuring a dual action wind resistance braking system and SkiErg cross country ski machine.

Base and multiple entry pricing:

  • 10 entries 850 Kč
  • 1 month - 1 100 Kč
  • 3 months - 2 900 Kč
  • 6 months - 4 400 Kč
  • 12 months - 7 500 Kč

Single entry is for whole day use. Multiple entries are valid for 3 months and are transferable. Partially used entries after 3 months can be added to the next credit purchase. 1 month entries are not transferable and entries are for 1 entry per day only. These packages can be purchased only by registered clients.

Training with a personal instructor:

  • 1x 60 min. / 400 Kč
  • 10x 60 min. / 4 000 Kč

Prepaid training is valid 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Purchase of a personal rechargeable chip bracelet – 150Kč
  • Loss of a single entry chip bracelet – 500Kč
  • Towel rental 30Kč with returnable deposit of 100Kč
