Group Lessons

Our gym offers two halls (small and large) for group lessons where you can reserve for example these types of exercises:

  • PortDeBras
  • Latino for Ladies
  • Dance fit
  • Power yoga
  • Circuit training
  • TRX
  • Calisthenics workout
  • Variety of lessons for children and teenagers
  • And many more

Group lessons will be held with minimum of 3 participants. With smaller number of participants the lesson will be cancelled. This does not apply to Crossfit lessons.
