Rules of the reservation system
Reservations for group lessons can make persons 15 years and older. Reservations of the private wellness spa can make persons 18 years and older. Persons younger than 18 years can enter the private wellness spa accompanied by parents or legal guardians only.
For the first reservation is necessary to register the client at the reception or online with the account charged by minimum amount of the lesson or required service. Registration is not necessary with the past or present payment in cash or by a credit card.
Reservation of the private wellness spa is possible maximum 12 hours prior to the date/hour of the reserved appointment. All later cancellations will be charged cancelation fee of 50% of the ordered service. Cancelation later than 6 hours before the reserved time will be charged full 100% of the ordered service.
Cancelation of exercise lessons will be charged cancelation fee as follows:
- 6 hours prior to your lesson 20 % of the pricey
- 3 hours prior to your lesson 50 %
- 1 hour prior to your lesson 100 %
If the client does not arrive, does not cancel his or her reservation or does not explain his absence, the penalization will be charged in full 100% of the reserved lesson.
Group lessons will take place if there is minimum of 3 participants. For any lower number of clients the lesson will be canceled. This does not apply to the crossfit lessons.
The B & B operator reserves the right to cancel any reservation without providing a reason. Operator reserves the right to change instructor for individual lessons. Operator reserves the right to change conditions of all reservations if the registered client does not appear, does not cancel or does not provide satisfactory explanation, penalization of 100% from the reserved lesson price will be charged.
Massages are paid for at the reception in cash only (credit cards are not accepted). This does not apply to the gift certificates.
