How to buy credits or entry tickets and how to make reservations?
Log-in purchase
After log-in to our e-shop you can select the appropriate service and pay for it by a credit card. Following your payment, the credit will be added in the amount of your payment. You will receive confirmation by email together with personal and unique QR code specifically assigned to your account. To use our services, please give the QR code either printed or in mobile version to the B & B employees.
If you purchase discounted packages, for example 10 entries into the Fitness section at 850Kč your amount will automatically increase by 50Kč and your final amount in your account will be 900Kč.
1 Credit = 1 CZK
The benefit amount in your credit cannot be used for any other service than the one you purchased for which the benefit is meant.
Advantages of purchases with log-in:
- For all purchases if you are buying logged in you can use one (1) QR CODE for all of your activities and you don´t need to look for individual QR codes for any other entries. Further you have exact and immediate status in your account (credits/tickets) and you also have the exact history of your use of B & B facilities with a detailed list of the credit balances in the account.
- If you are buying without a log-in you will need to locate the exact ticket (e-mail with the ticket) and enter the facility with your QR code corresponding to the purchased ticket. If you have more than one ticket, you will have to present the unused ticket only. This may be a little time consuming and less comfortable.

Purchases without log-in
In our e-shop please choose the service you desire and pay for it by a credit card. After a successful payment you will receive a confirming e-mail with a QR Code which will serve as your entry ticket. For use of the facility you will need to give the QR Code to the personnel at the reception. You can use either a printed version or a mobile one.
Group lessons reservation without a log-in
After purchase of FITNESS GROUP LESSON you will receive an e-mail with QR Code which will include a number of your entry ticket/credit beginning with a letter "F" (for instance: F20136182010.
In the section Center capacity and lesson reservation please select the lesson you wish to attend and create a reservation. Code of your ticket is the number of your ticket.
After filling all appropriate details and sending the form you will receive confirmation with the QR Code.
With the QR Code, printed or mobile version, please go to the reception for the time and date you selected.
Group lesson reservation with a log-in
For a successful reservation of your group lesson you need a credit in your account in the minimum value of the price of the lesson.
You can buy the credit in our e-shop in group lesson section and make the reservation by clicking on Center capacity and lesson reservation.
After filling all appropriate information and sending the form you will received a QR Code in your email.
With the QR Code, printed or in mobile form, please go to the reception for time and date of the lesson you selected.
